The Don Holmes rink were in Thompson over the weekend competing in the over 60 Credit Union Masters  curling bonspiel.

Holmes would face Sam Antilla out of Thompson twice, winning both games 6-4 and 6-3.

Holmes will now qualify for Provincials which are taking place in Gimli March the 6th to the 8th.

The Uptown Curling Club  will host the over 50 Senior Zone 1 Bonspiel this weekend. Holmes will face off against Sam Antilla once again with two games on Saturday at 10 and 2.

The winner will move on to Provincials in Winnipeg in February.
