The Saskatchewan Winter Games will kick off in North Battleford starting this Monday and will last about a week.

Flin Flon will be represented as the Flin Flon Nordic Cross Country Racing Team will have four members of their team competing.

The skiers  will be Sarah Faktor, Jessie Kozar, David Richard and Grady Bedford.

These athletes qualified by attending the Sask Cup which took place in Laronge December the 14th and 15th and were the four fastest skiers in the region.

Their part of the competition starts on Wednesday the 21st at the Blue Mountain Ski Resort in North Battleford.
