This past Sunday,the  Flin Flon Fire Department responded to a reported single-vehicle motor  collision on Highway 39.

Engine 2 and Command 2 responded with a total of eight members. Road conditions were extremely icy, significantly increasing response times.

RCMP and EMS were also responding to the incident. No injuries or immediate hazards were reported. The Fire Department was subsequently notified that its assistance was not required, and responding crews were called off.
